Thirkan (Solo)

Experience the power of dance at Thirkan’23, where the strongest college teams/individuals across India compete to prove their worth. Thirkan is one of the flagship events of Xpressions, XIMB where talents showcase their dance and choreography skills through various dance forms. The event is a group dance competition.

Rules:

• There is no restriction on the dance forms.

• For the Preliminary round, each participant is required to submit a dance video of a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 3 minutes at the time of registration.

• The video submissions are to be uploaded in the form that will be sent via mail. This video will from the basis on which the participants will be selected for the finals.

• The naming convention for the video is “THIRKANSOLO_NAME_INSTITUTE NAME_ROUND 1(OR 2)”

• Out of all the registered participants, the top participants that qualify will compete in the final round which is to be held at Xpressions.

• Instructions for the next round will be mailed to the selected top participants.

General Instructions:

• This is a two-round event (The preliminary round followed by the main event)

• Each participant will have to send a video of their performance based on which the participant will be selected for the final round.

• The final round would be offline.

• All participants must upload their college ID cards or any other proof of admission and other required documents as instructed.

• All the tracks must be provided in a pen drive before the event.

• Inflammable objects, water, and heavy objects are NOT allowed on stage.

• Obscenity of any kind would lead to disqualification from the event.

• The judge’s decision would be final and binding.
