Rules:

• This is a face painting competition.

• The theme of this competition shall be provided 15 minutes before the competition begins.

• The artist will have to carry their own paints and paintbrushes. Costumes, wigs, accessories, gemstones, glitter, feathers, silicon or prosthetics are not allowed.

• Participation will be in the form of teams, each consisting of 2 people - The artist and the model. The artist and the model (whose face would be painted) shall be from the same institute.

• The team consists of only 2 members. Each team will get a maximum of 45 minutes to paint.

• There will be only 1 winning team and 1 runners-up team.

• Each team will get 1 min to explain their concept to the judge/s.

• Judging will take place immediately after the competition's finishing time. The scoring and decisions made are at the discretion of the judges and their decision shall be final.

Judging Criteria:

• Creativity and Originality: Uniqueness of design, innovative use of colors, and original concept.

• Skill and Technique: Precision, detailing, blending, and overall painting technique.

• Adherence to Theme: Interpretation of the provided theme and how effectively it's reflected in the painting.

• Overall Presentation: The visual impact of the completed face painting, how well it's presented, and its appeal to the audience.
