Rules

• Please note that it is mandatory to respect the Rules and Regulations outlined below.

• Please go through all of them before sending in your queries/submissions.

• Failure to abide by even one will result in the candidate’s entry being disqualified immediately.

• Artwork must be original, completed and with their name written on the artwork, and within the bounds of decency.

• The events mentioned offline will be hosted on the premises of XIM Bhubaneswar.

• Still, participants should note that no stay will be provided to them under any circumstances.

• The decisions of the judges will be final and binding on the participants.

• The Terms and Conditions of participation are subject to change at any time without specific notice.

• The amended Terms and Conditions of entry will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.

• It is the sole responsibility of the participant to regularly visit the website to take note of any changes.

Category Rules:

• Abstract Painting:

  • Individual event

  • Chart papers will be provided

  • The topic will be given on the spot

  • Participants must carry their own arts and crafts materials

  • Time – 1 hour

• Postcard Painting:

  • Individual event

  • A Postcard will be provided

  • Participants must carry their own arts and crafts materials.

  • Time – (short duration; will be informed on the spot)
