NIRNAY is a national-level business simulation game held by the operations committee of XIM, Bhubaneswar (X-Ops), which consists of a quiz and a real-time business scenario to finish. Through the quiz and the simulation round, the students can get a hands-on experience to crack through operational aspects of the business.
Nirnay, the flagship online national-level business simulation game held by the operations committee of XIM, Bhubaneswar (X-Ops), consists of a real-time business scenario to finish. The teams will be tested on aspects like Decision-making, Risk-taking ability, Analytical thinking skills, and the basic principles of operations like Supply chain, Demand and supply, Cost optimization, Inventory Management, etc. The game's dynamic nature tests the participants' conceptual foundations and real-time decision-making ability. Gear up for the biggest battle.
